Radio communication for IFR flight is a very complex subject. If you are working on your instrument rating, or you are already an instrument rated pilot, a CFII, or an FAA certified Air Traffic Controller, you have the knowledge and background to quality assure my book.
While I appreciate your kind offer to help if you are not IFR certified or not in training to fly IFR, I will only choose from volunteers who meet the requirements listed above. If you are selected, I will ask for verification of your qualifications.
